Born in Camden, London, Tom played the game to a good level as part of Charlton Athletic's academy before attending the University of Bath's football programme to undertake degrees in Sports Coaching (BA) and Business Management (MSc). 

Tom went into academy coaching and completed his UEFA coaching license with the Wales FA whilst working with Cardiff City's academy teams. He has also worked with Arsenal, Southampton, West Ham United and Crystal Palace.

Having founded his first sports business in 2013, Tom has a proven track record in sports marketing, business finance, communications and negotiation - crucial skills needed in football representation. He is uniquely positioned to support players both on and off the field.

Tom has previously passed the FIFA Agents Exam and is licensed to represent minors (16-18 year olds).
