Born in Camden, London, Tom played the game of football to a good level as part of Charlton Athletic's academy. The professional dream was not to be however, and Tom went onto graduate from the University of Bath with degrees in Sports Coaching (BA) and Business Management (MSc). 

Tom went into academy coaching and completed his UEFA B coaching license with the Wales FA whilst working with Cardiff City's academy teams. He has also worked with Arsenal, Southampton, West Ham United and Crystal Palace.

Tom's major passion is individual player development and he works with a host of academy football players which naturally has lead him to combine a high coaching ability with business management expertise. 

Having founded his first sports business in 2013, Tom has a proven track record in sports marketing, business finance, communications and negotiation - crucial skills needed in football representation. 

Tom has previously passed the FIFA Agents Exam and is licensed to represent minors (16-18 year olds).
