Denham, who began her footballing journey at Manchester City's girls academy has been a regular within the Welsh youth ranks with 13 appearances at U17 (3 goals) and 10 appearances at U19 (3 goals). She was called up to the Wales senior squad in March 2024 as a 17-year-old for their UEFA EURO qualifying fixtures vs Croatia and Kosovo.
