19-year-old forward Jesse Effa came off the bench to assist an equaliser and then score the winner on a cold night in Kidlington. The 2-1 victory for Hadley keeps them pushing at the top of the table just 1 point behind Real Bedford. Youngster Effa is now beginning to find his feet at the step 4 side having registered 2 assists and 3 goals in his last 3 league appearances off the bench.
