Croeso, Ania Denham

We are thrilled to announce the signing of 18-year-old Wolves & Wales U19 attacking midfielder Ania Denham. Denham, who began her footballing journey at Manchester City's girls academy has been a regular within the Welsh youth ranks with 13 appearances at U17 (3 goals) and 10 appearances at U19 (3 goals). She was called up to the Wales senior squad in March 2024 as a 17-year-old for their UEFA EURO qualifying fixtures vs Croatia and Kosovo.

In 2023, she would sign for Wolverhampton Wanderers and came off the bench to score with her first touch in senior football against Oxford United in pre-season – a sublime curling effort into the net from the edge of the penalty area. Denham would sign on loan with step 3 midlands outfit Sporting Khalsa for valuable first team minutes and has made 10 starts already this season scoring twice and receiving two player of the match awards.
